Shipping

One Medical Stop now offers free shipping within the continental United States on over 70% of our products. Qualifying items display "This product ships for FREE!" on their product pages above the Qty and Add to Cart options. To receive free shipping, all items in your purchase must qualify. If you wish to make a purchase including items without free shipping, please make separate transactions to ensure you receive free shipping where applicable.

Freight Shipping

Any product that weighs over 239 pounds and/or is too large to fit in a shipping box will be shipped via freight. All freight shipments are delivered through a national freight/moving company directly to your loading dock.

If your facility does not have a loading dock or the ability to remove a pallet from a dock-height truck, please ask for additional assistance before purchasing.

Packaging

All One Medical Stop shipments will be packaged to best protect the equipment during shipment and are insured via delivery carrier.

Upon delivery, be sure to inspect the contents of the shipment to ensure there is no loss or damage. In the case of loss or damage, please contact One Medical Stop and keep damaged material, original packaging, and packing slip for verification.
