Do I have to pay sales taxes?

We collect sales tax and remit it to the state of California.  If you are tax exempt, please select this option during checkout.  Accounting will follow-up before order ships to collect a copy of your sales tax exemption to have on file with your order. 

If you're an out of state buyer, shipping to an out of state address, we do not collect sales tax for a majority of the states. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify their state and submit the tax on their own behalf.

Do you price match?

At One Medical Stop, we believe in providing the best possible price to our clients. If you do find a lower price on a different website, we ask to contact us and give us a chance to match or beat the price first. Simply send us the quote with the requested items and website link and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Items must be exactly the same brand, model and configuration. 

Please note: We do not match pricing for refurbished equipment and supplies.

What If I'm looking for a specific item?

We are always available to help you look for the item(s) you need. Simply send us a message or give us a call with the item type, model number and preferred brand and let us hunt down the equipment or supply you need for you.

How do I place an order?

The best way to place an order is via our website. If you prefer to speak with someone first or looking for a specific item, or simply have a question, send us a message or give us call at (949)620-9790.

Do you deliver equipment and supplies?

We currently offer personal local delivery of medical equipment and supplies to selected counties and zip codes. For more information, give us a call at (949)667-3034.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment.  If you placed an order with local delivery, our staff will reach out to schedule it once the order has been completed.  

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders (or specific items within orders) not yet shipped may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipment. A transactional fee of 5.5% is deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect your bank account.

Is there a restocking fee?

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be completed within 5 calendar days from the date it was received. All returns must be in unused and same condition as originally shipped. There will be a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method. All shipping charges remain payable by the purchaser. If you'd like to return an item please send an email to Contact@OneMedicalStop.com. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

What is your refund policy?

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days after a return is approved and completed.

What happens if my order is lost, or doest not arrive?

Contact customer support immediately at (949)667-3034 and we can put a trace on the package with our partner carriers.  Most of our shipments are scheduled for delivery with signature. We have the tools to track orders in real-time and typically can chase it down with our partner carries in less than 48 hours.


How do I cancel an order?

Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order has shipped.  Customer service can be reached at Contact@OneMedicalStop.com or give us a call at (949)66-3034. If an item has already shipped before cancellation notification has been received, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied, shipping and handling is non refundable.

What do terms "pre-owned" or "used" equipment mean?

Pre-owned or used refers to equipment which was used in a medical facility, sold, cleaned, tested and is now being resold.

What does the term "rebuilt" equipment mean?

Rebuilt equipment is medical equipment which has broken and has now been repaired. It has been recalibrated, and parts such as batteries have been replaced and comprehensive preventive maintenance has been performed.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted. Any transactions over $4,500 are conducted via Wire Transfer. Personal checks, Venmo or Zelle are not accepted.

How do I track my order?

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has shipped with a tracking number and a copy of their updated paid receipt.  Buyer will have the ability to track their order directly through a link within the email.

 Transit time for international orders can vary and are based on shipping address and country. We have no control on how quickly customs processes imports within their countries. Please note the buyer is responsible for any duties, vats and fees related to the import into their country.

Item Condition Explained: NEW

The item is brand new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. 

Item Condition Explained: NEW - OPEN BOX

The item is in excellent, new condition with no functional defects. The item may be missing original packaging and may have been used for testing or demo purposes. The item includes accessories found with the original product and may include a warranty. See the seller's listing for full details and a description.

Item Condition Explained: SELLER REFURBISHED

The item has been restored to working order by the eBay seller or a third party. This means the item was inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in original packaging. See seller's listing for full details.

Item Condition Explained: USED

The item was previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but it is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. See the seller's listing for full details and a description of any imperfections.

Item Condition Explained: FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING

The item does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. See the seller's listing for full details.
